Niedersthof - Lüsen

We are in Lüsen, at 800 meters above sea level just above the Rienz Gorge and only a few hundred meters as the crow flies from Natz. The farm is located on a small high plateau that enjoys many hours of sunshine, so wine and Mediterranean herbs thrive here. All kinds of vegetables also grow in the fields and grains also feel very comfortable in the often very windy conditions. We have been organically certified since 2022 and so the Colorado potato beetle is removed by hand, the dock is pulled out with the dock picker, the plants receive well-rotted manure as fertilizer, the calves graze in the meadow and only get our hay in the winter.
