Kaminwurzen made from pork and beef. Air dried and smoked. Our animals were 100% born in South Tyrol and are raised on our farm. We attach great importance to species-appropriate keeping in the free stable. Our animals have exercise all year round.
All production steps are carried out by ourselves (livestock breeding, sausage production, smoking, bacon: seasoning, curing, smoking, aging in the aging cellar).
The price per kilo is between 26 and 30 euros, depending on the ripeness.
